Brightstar Lab Pro provides specimen collection for federally regulated drug-testing programs when the donor has the required authorization and custody-and-control documentation. Collections are completed according to applicable DOT collection procedures.

Non-DOT Drug-Test Collections

Brightstar Lab Pro provides specimen collection for employer-authorized workplace testing programs, including pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable-suspicion, and other authorized testing situations. The employer or requesting organization determines the testing panel and applicable policy.

What Donors Should Bring

• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Testing authorization or registration information
• Electronic or paper custody-and-control documentation, when applicable
• Employer or third-party administrator information
• Any additional instructions supplied by the requesting organization

How It Works
